Because design, setup, and Google Business Profile work begins as soon as your order and project details are received, we do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks once payment is made — in whole or in part, at any stage. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable.
You are purchasing the specific package you selected at checkout (e.g., Google Profile setup, Starter Site, Business Website, or Bundle). The exact scope is the features listed for that package on our Web Services page.
After payment, you’ll complete a short intake form with your business details and preferences. Work begins once we receive that information. If required details or content are not provided, your project timeline pauses until they are.
You agree to provide accurate business information, any text/photos/logo you want used, and timely feedback. You confirm you own or have rights to any content you send us.
Each package includes reasonable revisions to get it right. Typical turnaround is communicated after intake. Delays caused by missing information or slow feedback extend the timeline.
Domain registration, hosting, and any paid third-party tools are not included in the package price unless stated. Google Business Profile verification is completed by you (identity step required by Google).
On completion, the finished website/profile is yours. We are not responsible for changes you or third parties make after handoff, or for outcomes outside our control (e.g., Google ranking or approval decisions).
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ado Management Services LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package.
